What a Thanksgiving break it has been! We had Thanksgiving with the Overton's/Shaffer's on Thanksgiving Day and enjoyed lots of good food! Emmett and I are very blessed to have such wonderful families that would do anything for us. We are blessed to have such a special baby boy on the way as well!

 Moma and I decided to go shopping on "Black Friday" even though we weren't really looking for anything...we just ask to be punished! :) We did find some Christmas presents though. Emmett, Daddy and Jason went to Nashville to pick up our Christmas present from Papa and Nana Shaff (new recliner). We all met at 4D Peak at 3:30 for our 2nd 4D ultrasound to see baby Jaxson again. He wasn't cooperating very well and I had to get up 3 times to walk around to try to move him. He kept his hand in his face most of the time and the other times he would turn his back to us. He's a little camera shy right now :) When we did get to see his face, he's just adorable...of course!

Everyone before we went in..

Moma and I put up Christmas decorations at my house Saturday and did more shopping Saturday night and Sunday. All the shopping definitely started to get to me; my feet have never hurt so bad. I can definitely tell that my stomach is getting larger and larger and larger :)

My maternity pictures are scheduled for Friday, December 4 and we have our first baby shower on Saturday, December 5! Such an exciting weekend ahead!

We had a doctor's appointment today. After measuring the fundal height, the doctor said I am definitely pregnant...glad we picked the best doctor in town! lol :) I have gained 4.4 pounds since the last visit 3 weeks ago...yes it's more than a pound a week. I keep telling myself he's going to be a big boy! I've gained 19 pounds total...let's hope he's not that big! My blood pressure and the baby's heartbeat were both good. Jaxson was having a stubborn day and decided to kick the heart monitor 3 times when the doctor was trying to listen to his heartbeat. We will start seeing the doctor every 2 weeks now until Jaxson's arrival!

Emmett and I went to watch the Nashville Predators play Halloween night, thanks Wade & Elizabeth Privett! It was Jaxson's first hockey game :) He's been to several sporting events this year! We were 6 rows up from the ice and sat behind Vince Gill! Great seats! We also made the jumbotron for the first time! :)
